NBA Starting Up Again

 


With the NBA Draft out of the way, it is time to get some more information on the start of the NBA 20-21 season. While players are not happy with the outcome of the start date, it is about that time where training camps are starting up again.

On December 1, individual training camps will open and starting December 6 group workouts will being. Instead of there being a specific media day, with COVID-19 there will be a media week from December 1-5. During this time, there will be a release of the exact start date of the 20-21 season and in these schedules, that will be released in portions, there will be allotted time slots for makeup games incase of COVID-19 cases or restrictions. 

While fans may not enjoy this, the All Star game will not be held because of health concerns with the pandemic. We do though have the list of important dates to lookout for as the season begins:

November 20: Start of free agency

December 1: Individual workouts at training camp begins

December 1-5: Media Week

December 6: Group Workouts

December 11-19: Preseason games take place

December 22: Opening night for the 20-21 season
